We have weekly classes to help you get back to shape, feel energised, socialise with other mums and connect with your babies.
You can chose from Mum & Baby Yoga or Mummylates (Mum & Baby Pilates).
The major difference is that Mum & Baby Yoga features postures and engagement for both mum and baby, while Mum & Baby Pilates is a class focusing mainly on mummy getting back in shape and the convenience of bringing your baby. Read more details below:

Mum and Baby Yoga Class
Mum and Baby Yoga is done in a nurturing environment, where mothers are encouraged to meet their baby’s needs as they arise and bond with their new little ones. Mum/Baby Yoga Class is designed for newborns (6 weeks old) until 12-months-old. Dads and/or Partners are welcome as well. No prior experience in yoga needed for Mamas (or babies).
The class focuses on the needs of new mums and babies to have fun outside the regular home routines, while strengthening the mother-baby bond through yoga. Mothers benefit from getting back to strength with some core work, simple energising yoga and rejuvenating poses while interacting with a community of other new mums.
Babies benefit from sensory stimulation, some massages to aid digestion and sleep, and gentle social interaction with other babies. Watch a clip from one of our typical class here and read more benefits here
Baby Yoga Classes schedule:
- Sundays at 11.00am in Downtown Zoga Yoga Studio
- Thursdays at 11.00am in Marina 136.1 Yoga Studio
Little Yogi & Me Class
The class focuses on the physical, social, and emotional needs of parents and toddlers while strengthening the parent-child bond through yoga. Together, parent and child will explore simple, gentle yoga poses and relaxation techniques. Yoga with young children is imaginative, playful and varies from very active to quietly meditative. Stories, games, books and songs are used to engage the child’s interest.
For parents: strong core work, simple energizing and rejuvenating poses, and community of other families.
For toddlers: shared parent/baby poses, an intro to yoga poses, songs, and games to develop confidence in immerging gross motor skills and increase focus, and interaction with peers within a safe, supported environment. And, of course, fun for all!
This Parent and Toddler Yoga Class is designed for children aged from one to four years-old. No prior experience in yoga needed for Parents (or toddlers)! More here

Mummylates Class (Pilates with Babies)
This class is aimed at new mummies, so expect to work those stubborn areas affected by pregnancy and labour. It’s also a great way to meet like-minded new mummy friends.
As with all Mummy & Babies classes, babies (non walkers) are safely placed on mats with soft toys while you enjoy your workout.
